Transformer conductors, terminals and spades are important parts for current transfer. Daheng made bushings, conductors, terminals and spades have many excellent characteristic:
- High electrical conductivity
- All conductors unless other specified are made from C11000, its electrical conductivity is >100% (20℃, IACS).
- Unless other specified, all the spades are made from copper alloy C37700 by forging. Its electrical conductivity high up to 26% (20℃, IACS), higher than many market materials which made from scrap copper such as C84400 with its conductivity of 16.4% (20℃, IACS).
- Unless other specified, Aluminum alloy is 6101-T63, its electrical conductivity is more than 56% (20℃, IACS). Usually the aluminum alloy is tin-plated on customer request.
- High mechanical properties
- Terminal spades are made by die forging, not by foundry. Sothe terminals have no any inner bugs. It has better mechanical properties than the casting ones.
- All the external thread is made by mechanical rolling to get higher mechanical stress.
- The surface of the spades can be tin-plated or silver plating on customer’s request
