Daheng porcelain high voltage bushings are designed for the use in various distribution transformers, including pole-mounded transformers and pad-mounded transformers. All the porcelain bushings are comply with IEC standard IEC 60137-2008 and IEEE std C57.12.00, and NEMA relevant standard. The voltage range of the bushings is 8.7 kV~30kV). All the bushings are strictly tested for type tests according to IEC60137.

The type tests are:

• AC withstand voltage test, 50Hz&60Hz/60s (IEC 60137, clause 8.1)
• Lighting impulse voltage test, Full wave& chop wave (IEC 60137, clause 8.3)
• Thermal stability test (IEC 60137, clause 8.5)
• Temperature rise test (IEC 60137, clause 8.7)
• Verification of thermal short-time current withstand (IEC 60137, clause 8.8)
• Cantilevel load withstand test (IEC 60137, clause 8.9)
• Measure of partial discharge quantity
